It is a habit. In every great student I’ve taught, I have seen one common trait—not genius, not luck, but consistency. The ones who rise are not always the loudest or the most confident. They are the ones who keep showing up. They ask one more question. They revise one more topic. They rewrite their notes. They are intentional. Excellence doesn’t start with an exam. It starts with a decision: To take your studies seriously. To value time. To respect the journey. As a lecturer, my mission is not just to teach accounting principles or management theories.
